With prizes on our minds, we have created a win/win situation for sweepers who attend the convention and even those who do not!
The convention has been purchasing prizes and will have plenty to give away, but can you ever really have enough prizes?
This year we are going to have a Convention Donation Drawing!
Here's how you can win by helping others win...
Personal Donations
- Donate a prize to the Atlanta GA 2012 Convention
- For every $25 in value that you donate, you will receive one entry into the Convention Donation Drawing
- for example, if you donate a $75 gift card, you will receive three entries or if you donate two $25 prizes, you will receive two entries
- tip, if you donate a $45 roll of stamps, put it in a special container or add a $5 gift card to reach $50 for your second entry
- The convention planning team reserves the right to combine any donations valued under $50
- Donations must be new and unused
- When sending gift cards, remember that convention attendees come from all over the US and may have trouble using a gift card that is only valid in your home state
- Having trouble deciding what to donate? Consider something that sweepers like yourself would like to win
- Send a receipt(s) to verify value or value of items without receipts will be left to the discretion of the Atlanta GA 2012 planning team
- Donations MUST be sent to the address below - we will welcome donations you choose to bring with you to the convention but they will not be eligible to win the Convention Donation Drawing
- Donations must be received prior to Friday August 3, 2012 to be entered in the drawing
- Each donation must have a 3X5 card attached that lists...

Club Donations
Would your club like a chance to win from Atlanta GA 2012?
Are you unsure how you would share an Ipad with all of your club members?
Don't worry, we have a special Convention Donation Drawing just for you!
The same rules apply as for the Personal Donations, but you are entered into a different category with a different prize - $100 cash
Don't forget to use your club name as the Donor's Name, but also add a contact person for us to send the prize if your club is the winner.
Vendor Donations
Vendors donate to advertise their business as well as to selflessly give back to the sweepstaking community. Vendors, we know that you don't fit into any of the previous categories, but we don't want to leave you out.
The same rules apply as for for the Personal Donations, but you are entered into a different category with a different prize - $50 cash
Don't forget to use your business name as the Donor's Name, but also add a contact person for us to send the prize if you are the vendor winner.
Winners/Drawings
Winners will be drawn at the National Sweepstakes Convention in Atlanta
If the winner is present in Atlanta, they will receive their prize at the convention and if they are not, their prize will be mailed to the address provided on the 3X5 card
Donor Recognition/Appreciation
All donors will be listed on the convention website as well as in the official convention program
